About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Homewell Care Services. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating brand awareness and creating a positive identity for our agency in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase client referrals and census for our agency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies.
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective accounts to ensure a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Travel locally to meet with professional referral sources and conduct in-person visits to promote our agency's services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely follow-up with referral sources and clients.
  • Represent our agency at seniors-focused networking meetings and community events to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our agency's services and benefits to effectively communicate with referral sources and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with professionals in various settings.
  • Creative and self-driven, with the ability to problem-solve and apply sound judgment.
  • Excellent follow-up, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven results in building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Ability to present a positive and professional business image.
