Role Responsibilities

The Nutrition Contact Center Agent serves as the primary liaison for patients, families, and healthcare staff, facilitating requests for food and beverage services. This position is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Key Duties Include:

  • Managing incoming calls related to patient foodservice, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Providing exceptional customer service while addressing patient needs and concerns.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy standards in all interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve issues and enhance service quality.
  • Generating reports on meal counts and service metrics for management review.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Experience in hospital foodservice or customer service roles is essential.
  • Familiarity with dietary guidelines and foodservice operations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer systems related to foodservice management.
  • Availability for part-time work is necessary.
