Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage and motivate members through meaningful dialogues to support their recovery objectives
  • Provide insights to the team to enhance Telecare's Recovery Culture
  • Handle critical situations with advanced engagement and de-escalation techniques

Available Schedule

Full Time - Monday to Friday

Compensation Range: $ - $ (geographic differentials applied)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Peer Specialist or completion of Peer Support Training
  • Minimum of 1 year experience assisting individuals with behavioral health challenges
  • Experience as a recipient of the public Behavioral Health system
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance
  • Willingness to utilize personal vehicle for client transportation
