Your Impact
We are looking for an HR Support Specialist to provide essential HR assistance to our diverse clientele.
This position is perfect for recent graduates eager to expand their HR knowledge and gain valuable training across various facets of our operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Auditing and maintaining employee records to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Managing benefits administration, including claims resolution and invoice reconciliation.
- Monitoring and tracking employee Paid Time Off.
- Administering leave of absence programs in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
- Coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations and processing onboarding paperwork.
- Handling termination documentation for departing staff.
- Assisting with HR audit and assessment initiatives as required.
- Supporting payroll processing for clients.
- Providing assistance to HR Consulting and Payroll teams.
- Engaging in additional projects as assigned.
Required:
High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Experience in Human Resources or a similar area is advantageous
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly organized
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Basic understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
