Position Summary
The Regional Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic relationship management and innovative solution selling within their designated region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of meeting sales objectives and nurturing long-lasting partnerships with clients and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients and distributors in the assigned region, aiming to increase sales revenue and achieve set targets.
2. Support distributors with organizational strategies, account management, and administrative tasks to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
3. Engage in the onboarding and training of new distributors, providing resources for contract opportunities and marketing strategies.
4. Assist in the planning and execution of sales exhibits and trade shows, participating in educational conferences related to sales and marketing.
5. Stay informed about new products and services, monitor competitive activities, and develop innovative strategies to attract and support distributors in acquiring new accounts.
6. Address product-related issues, respond to distributor inquiries, and manage complaints effectively.
7. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of sales experience, with at least three years in field sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing extensive territories and a variety of product lines.
- Coaching and mentoring experience with junior sales personnel.
- Capacity to stay updated on technology trends and their practical applications.
- Ability to lift weights ranging from 50 to 80 pounds.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and revenue targets.
