Job Summary

The Mount Sinai Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Patient Service Representative I to join our team. As a key member of our access center, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line contact as a patient liaison within the access center
  • Check-in/check-out patients, schedule appointments, and manage prior authorizations and referrals
  • Assist with neighborhood administrative and physician support
  • Develop and maintain knowledge, skills, and quality patient-focused service
