Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Liaison to join our team at First Republic. As a key member of our Private Banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client expectations and requests while assisting Relationship Managers with day-to-day duties, including analytical and customer service-oriented tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between Relationship Managers, Private Banking Officers, lending personnel, and clients, requiring knowledge of various First Republic Bank products and programs.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Executive Loan Committee, and clients to determine loan structure and conduct initial underwriting using a prequalification worksheet.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to incoming calls, following up with clients to ensure loan files proceed in a timely fashion, and responding to client inquiries and requests.
  • Support the loan process, preparing pre-approval letters, gathering loan documentation, and setting up initial loan files.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to Relationship Managers and assist with special marketing projects, such as coordinating distribution of marketing mailers and providing administrative support.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic underwriting and credit knowledge.
  • Knowledge of various First Republic Bank products and programs.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to provide extraordinary client service.
