Job Overview

We are in search of a Healthcare Patient Liaison offering a competitive salary range of $18-$20 to join our esteemed medical facility. This role involves executing administrative and clerical tasks essential for the success of our organization.

Work Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM / 10 AM - 6 PM (varies)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating personalized care plans tailored to the unique health needs of patients
  • Engaging with patients and their families to address health concerns
  • Providing education on health conditions and medications, along with detailed instructions

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physician practice
  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
