We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at The Colwell Law Group. This role is pivotal in driving our business expansion efforts. Compensation:

$50,000 - $90,000 annually + bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on essential performance and sales metrics monthly and quarterly to ensure targets are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory.
  • Generate qualified leads by following up with prospects through various communication channels.
  • Maintain an organized client database to ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date information.
  • Qualify incoming leads to facilitate prompt appointment scheduling, enhancing the customer service experience.

As a Client Engagement Representative, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our legal services.

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance their overall experience with our firm.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional legal services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand the firm's client base.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and experience with CRM software.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience in client relations, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
