Position Summary:
We are seeking an HVAC Solutions Sales Consultant to enhance our team. This role involves engaging in outside sales and managing accounts, directly interacting with property owners and facility managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive account growth and customer loyalty in designated regions.
- Focus on acquiring new HVAC maintenance contracts and small-scale projects by understanding client requirements and crafting tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with our skilled team to promote and sell our specialized Service and Maintenance Contracts for HVAC and Building Mechanical Systems while identifying fresh business prospects.
- Partner with clients to design and implement comprehensive solutions that improve building efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Essential Functions:
- Utilize our internal sales framework to pinpoint key clients and devise targeted action plans for account expansion.
- Identify customer needs and market opportunities, coordinating with acquisition teams as necessary.
- Transform leads into viable opportunities by engaging the right sales personnel and outlining subsequent steps.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, including facility and project managers.
- Provide necessary information to our project teams for accurate quoting on service repairs and energy solutions.
- Conduct facility assessments to validate opportunities and gather preliminary data.
- Estimate maintenance agreements based on insights gathered during equipment evaluations.
- Oversee special projects from inception to completion, including procurement and subcontractor management.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent technical experience in the field.
- Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 5 years of B2B solution sales experience, particularly in HVAC or related services.
- Proven success in developing and securing new business is essential.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to initiate cold calls and schedule appointments.
- Proficiency in presentation skills and knowledge of pricing strategies is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
- Ability to work independently, devising and executing a personal action plan.
