Regional Sales Manager

As we embark on a significant growth journey, we are seeking committed Regional Sales Leaders who are passionate about driving sales and fostering client relationships.

You will play a pivotal role at the store level, essential to the success of multiple Walmart Wireless Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Exceed personal and location sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Effective Time Management:
Streamline your time across various locations to enhance profitability.

Sales Performance Metrics:
Master our sales methodologies and consistently achieve sales targets.

Collaborative Teamwork:
Foster a team-oriented environment with a passion for sales.

Customer Engagement:
Ability to connect with customers and team members alike.

Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about product offerings to provide the best solutions to our clients.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

2-3 years of experience in retail or external sales (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador).
A proven history of sales success, exceptional customer service, and personal accountability.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Personal vehicle and willingness to travel to various store locations during operational hours.
