Key Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Inside Sales Team Leader will oversee and guide an inside sales team, focusing on the development of sales strategies, team leadership, and performance enhancement. This position demands outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills to drive sales growth and maintain efficient operations across various locations.
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the team and market.
  • Establish and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze market and team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead an inside sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, development, and accountability to ensure that sales processes and strategies are implemented effectively.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and critical discussions to enhance team performance.
  • Participate in customer account reviews and industry events.
  • Deliver performance reports and insights to senior management regularly.
  • Conduct audits to address gaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
