Key Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Inside Sales Team Manager will oversee and guide an inside sales group, focusing on the development of sales strategies, team leadership, and performance enhancement. This position demands outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills to drive sales growth and maintain smooth operations across various locations.
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the specific team and market dynamics.
  • Establish and track sales objectives, KPIs, and performance indicators to meet organizational goals.
  • Analyze market and team sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead an inside sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, development, and accountability to ensure the execution of sales processes and strategies with precision and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and important discussions to enhance team performance.
  • Participate in customer account reviews and industry events.
  • Deliver regular performance insights and reports to senior leadership.
  • Perform consistent audits to identify gaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to effectively manage a remote sales team with limited experience.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and focused on financial and career growth.
  • Strong selling and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Robust management skills, including mentoring and coaching for sales personnel optimization.
  • Proficient in technology and computer applications.
  • A commitment to recruiting, retaining, and developing talented sales professionals.
  • A collaborative approach that fosters innovative ideas and solutions for successful team and customer outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
