The Senior Inside Sales Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding an inside sales team. This role encompasses the development of sales strategies, team leadership, and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to drive sales growth and ensure efficient operations across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an inside sales team, focusing on strategy development and performance enhancement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales management.
