Job Description

Compensation Package:

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000, plus commission. Compensation is determined by industry experience.

Position Overview:

The Specialty Account Executive is tasked with building and nurturing relationships with referral sources within a specified sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Senior Management to enhance efficiency, product knowledge, and sales techniques to achieve both personal and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to meet and surpass projected annual sales revenue targets.
  • Proactively seek orders from existing and potential clients.
  • Address customer complaints in alignment with company policies and promptly inform management.
  • Create territory plans to maximize efficiency in meeting customer needs and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Educate referral sources about all CSI services relevant to customer needs and advantages.
  • Formulate competitive strategies based on market analysis.
  • Adhere to all company policies, instructions, and directives to fulfill organizational goals and maximize profitable sales.
  • Timely completion and submission of all required reports.
  • Maintain accurate files and records in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Meet established company standards in the following areas:

    • Product Knowledge
    • Account and Territory Engagement
    • Competitive Awareness
    • Professional Conduct and Appearance
    • Expense Management within Company Budget
  • Assist management with special projects, including market research, surveys, budget development, and territory assessments.
  • Deliver high-quality services to home-care patients and referral sources.
  • Participate in conventions, trade shows, and training related to IV therapy.
  • Consistently represent the organization in a professional manner.
  • Foster effective working relationships and collaborate with all company personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred: College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years in medical sales or related experience.
