We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Account Manager to join our Sales Team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving territory growth and profitability through exceptional service and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews to identify customer needs and ensure customer retention.
  • Territory Growth: Drive growth in assigned Key Accounts through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Service Resolution: Partner with Physician Account Executives and Customer Solutions Group to resolve account-specific service issues.
  • Continuing Education: Provide ongoing education to customers on new technologies and laboratory testing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or account ownership.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.
  • Skills: Strong customer relationship development, planning, and organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; solid PC skills including Microsoft Software.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required).
  • License/Travel: Valid driver's license and ability to travel in the regional market.
