Position Overview:
The Specialty Account Executive is tasked with building and nurturing relationships with referral sources within a specified sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Management to enhance operational efficiency, product knowledge, and sales techniques to achieve both personal and organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to meet and surpass projected annual sales targets.
- Proactively seek orders from existing and potential clients.
- Address customer complaints in alignment with company policies and promptly inform management.
- Create strategic territory plans to optimize service delivery and pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate referral sources on all CSI services tailored to customer needs and advantages.
- Formulate competitive strategies based on market analysis.
- Adhere to all company policies and directives to fulfill corporate objectives and maximize profitable sales.
- Timely completion and submission of all required reports.
- Maintain accurate records and files as per company guidelines.
- Meet established company standards in the following areas:

- Account and Territory Penetration
- Competitive Awareness
- Professional Conduct and Appearance
- Expense Management within Sales Budget
- Assist management with special projects, including market assessments, surveys, budget development, and territory evaluations.
- Deliver high-quality services to home-care patients and referral sources.
- Participate in industry conventions, trade shows, and in-service training related to IV therapy.
- Consistently represent the organization in a professional manner.
- Foster effective working relationships and collaborate with all company personnel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Exhibit the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication to build and maintain a robust customer base.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Possess a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance, and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Education and Experience:
- Preferred: College degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years in medical sales or a related field.
