Territory Sales Manager

Refrigeration Sales Corporation LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC-R industry or a related field
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
