Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the primary role of the Account Sales Manager is to conduct external sales of product inventory while managing a designated route of accounts. Your objective will be to enhance product sales and optimize the placement of product displays in various retail environments. You will also focus on upselling inventory, cooler space, and product displays. The key responsibility of the ASM is to ensure all customers are serviced effectively and safely, adhering to our Red Bull executional standards.

The responsibilities we will entrust you with include:

  • Oversee product management and cultivate relationships with customer contacts for the sale of our products at designated Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts. Assess current and future product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to boost sales.
  • Ensure all Red Bull equipment is maintained in a clean and functional state while performing external sales tasks. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
  • Analyze competitors' actions, including new product launches and pricing strategies. Achieve monthly targets focusing on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and other merchandising aspects.
  • Uphold and enhance the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation to guarantee freshness while adhering to brand flow standards.
  • Increase inventory diversity and improve in-store branding at each assigned RBDC account while delivering fresh products.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization and share best practices. Be a significant contributor and leader among your peers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned RBDC account.

Qualifications:

  • Valid US Driver's License and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel requirements are minimal, estimated at 0-10%.
  • This is a permanent position with benefits eligibility.
