Position Overview
Lead and enhance the corporate account operations within the Post Acute Sales division, aligning with both immediate and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue objectives and service expectations for assigned accounts.

1. Formulate comprehensive sales plans, strategies, and policies that align with overarching corporate sales and marketing goals.
2. Design and implement effective sales programs.
3. Collaborate closely with Medline Sales Representatives and management to drive sales initiatives.
4. Monitor and disseminate monthly performance reports, including specialized updates on contracts and programs. Assess sales performance against established targets and communicate results to management.
5. Partner with key sales personnel to onboard new accounts and address any potential account retention challenges.
6. Foster client relationships and manage communication regarding activities and successes.
7. Oversee the creation and execution of sales tools and programs.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, with a proven track record in preparing business plans that support sales strategies. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.

The expected compensation for this role includes a guaranteed base salary starting at $100,000, with the potential for bonuses up to 75% of the base salary.
