Compensation Package:

USD 65K - 85K annually.

+ Performance Bonuses (up to 20% of base salary)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • You possess exceptional communication skills.
  • You are adept in proposal management, project oversight, customer success, and account stewardship.
  • English - Native or fully fluent.

Key Responsibilities:

We are in search of a national account executive to join our team; this role entails managing one or more of our key accounts located throughout the United States. You will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the client, striving to understand the client's requirements and aligning the company's offerings to fulfill those needs. This position encompasses the entire client lifecycle from proposal development to project management, training, and post-installation support.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, including national accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Implement sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and pricing models to enhance sales and market presence, optimize profitability, and differentiate offerings.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate sales metrics, customer insights, and market dynamics to assess sales potential, technological needs, and opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales outcomes, customer feedback, and competitive positioning.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate agreements and address any issues that arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams, such as sales and engineering, and participate in industry events.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction and uphold brand consistency.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to client stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development: Utilize company templates to create proposals for national projects, including new constructions, retrofits, and site enhancements.
  • Project Oversight: Act as the project manager for all national initiatives, overseeing the complete project lifecycle, including managing remote resources for the installation of our technology and deployment of our services.
  • Client Training: Serve as the primary contact for client training following installation.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the liaison for all national account stakeholders before and after the sale.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager.
  • Strong communication abilities (both verbal and written).
  • Background in construction.
  • Experience with low voltage cabling projects.
  • Familiarity with security installations (Access control and CCTV).
  • Experience with VoIP systems.
  • Networking knowledge is advantageous (both wired and wireless).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and design software.
  • Exhibit professionalism and leadership qualities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 2-3 times per year for site evaluations).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
