We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at ConsultNet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent ConsultNet in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating the highest standards of corporate goodwill in all interactions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including referrals, solutions selling, cold calls, prospecting, and territory planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise corporations and mid-market clients, engaging, entertaining, and maturing client relationships to build mutual trust and respect.
  • Conduct client visits to build rapport and obtain critical information, including job descriptions, referrals, and business leads.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities with the resource team, including screening, orientation, and placement of consultants.
  • Maintain and monitor client contractual service agreements, ensuring contractual compliance through communication with leadership.
  • Quickly resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining ConsultNet values and cultural environment within customer settings.
  • Utilize the database exclusively to manage prospecting activity, identifying and qualifying new consulting opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage contract margins to meet leadership expectations.
  • Attend interviews between clients and candidates, as necessary.
  • Work to become the client's single resource for strategic consulting and talent solutions.
  • Maintain a balanced prospecting formula, including attendance at networking functions to identify new clients and develop market knowledge.
  • Consistently meet or exceed management quotas, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit with an outcome-oriented approach to business.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the Technology Consulting or related Staffing industry.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with the ability to overcome objections, identify buying signals, and close deals.
  • Experience with face-to-face sales, including the value of a handshake.
  • Familiarity with technology terminology and functions.
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to take directions and strive to accomplish challenging goals.
  • Have a 'whatever it takes' attitude, striving to continuously build knowledge and skills, and share expertise with others.
  • Excellent listening and documentation skills.
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
  • Group presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate persistence and overcome obstacles to achieve goals.
