Key Responsibilities- Account Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand business within existing national accounts, leveraging deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
- Travel: Regular travel (50% - 70%) to meet with clients and prospects.

- Client Mapping: Continuously gather intelligence on customer organizations, including departmental structures, current events, capital spending plans, and upcoming projects.
- CRM Management: Actively manage Salesforce to ensure pipeline visibility, accurate activity reporting, and clear opportunity tracking.
- Conferences: Participate in selected industry conferences as determined by leadership, including preparation, networking, and follow-up activities.
- Customer Communication: Engage in consistent daily, weekly, and monthly communication with current and potential clients to build strong relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Bid Strategy: Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop winning strategies for bids and RFPs.
- Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new business by aligning customer expectations with our deliverables.
- Customer Feedback: Provide realistic feedback to customers about what is achievable and act as a change agent when necessary.
- Positive Attitude: Bring enthusiasm and a positive outlook to every aspect of your work.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in selling to regional clients, preferably within the facilities maintenance industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate future opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Planning & Alignment: Strong skills in planning and prioritizing work to meet organizational goals.
