OVERVIEW

Chicago Pacific Founders is in search of a Strategic Client Executive to engage with one of our esteemed portfolio companies. The Strategic Client Executive will be tasked with fostering growth within the portfolio company's established CPG accounts while also pursuing new key accounts. This role requires a trusted advisor who can cultivate enduring relationships with clients and mentor internal solutions consultants. The Strategic Client Executive will be pivotal in crafting tailored solutions that harness the innovative capabilities of our offerings, enhancing organizational productivity, collaboration, and market relevance.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide and assist clients in reaching their business objectives by formulating strategic plans and delivering continuous client support.
  • Lead initiatives for new client acquisition and business development within the CPG industry sector.
  • Identify and seize high-profit opportunities within existing and prospective accounts by orchestrating comprehensive account strategies that stimulate business growth across various lines of service.
  • Establish and strengthen executive relationships with key customers to shape their long-term technology and business strategies.
  • Oversee and manage intricate global accounts with diverse opportunities across multiple functions, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Facilitate the implementation of strategies, acting as the primary contact for all client-related activities.
  • Direct and manage complete business cycles, including negotiating terms and understanding the associated legal and business implications.
  • Serve as a collaborative partner, coach, and mentor, fostering a team that engages with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for leveraging IT-related solutions.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for the Strategic Client Executive role will possess the following attributes:

  • Over 10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, information technology, or consulting domains.
  • A proven history of effectively managing and expanding large enterprise accounts within the CPG sector.
  • A strategic mindset that thrives in a dynamic and transparent work environment.
  • Capability to execute efficiently while initiating new projects or navigating ambiguous scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
