This role is fully remote and offers unlimited commission potential, with a travel requirement of 30%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Development: Secure new clients and drive sustainable business growth annually.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients to ensure program effectiveness.
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute strategic sales approaches to secure large-scale programs.
- Client Insights: Grasp client needs and challenges to customize solutions efficiently.
- CRM Oversight: Utilize Salesforce to monitor pipeline visibility, activity reports, and conversion metrics accurately.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
