Overview:

We are looking for a driven and seasoned National Account Sales Executive with a specialized emphasis on structural racking solutions. This position will be crucial in enhancing sales growth and overseeing key accounts within the structural racking domain across our designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess a solid history in sales, comprehensive knowledge of structural racking systems, and the capability to build robust relationships with national accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet organizational growth targets within the structural racking market.
  • Identify and pursue new account opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients.
  • Work closely with engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that fulfill client requirements and comply with industry standards.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to remain updated on competitive dynamics, industry trends, and customer demands.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with national accounts, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives.
  • Track sales performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights on structural racking solutions and industry best practices.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and expand professional networks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated success in national account sales, with at least 10 years of experience in the structural racking sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of structural racking systems, including design principles, installation methods, and safety regulations.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities with a proven ability to close significant deals and meet sales objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to effectively convey technical information.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, particularly Epicor and Salesforce.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from market data.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications or training related to structural racking systems.
