We are looking for a driven and seasoned National Account Sales Executive with a focus on structural racking solutions. The successful candidate will possess a strong sales background, a comprehensive understanding of structural racking systems, and the capability to build and maintain robust relationships with national accounts.
Responsibilities:- Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet company growth targets within the structural racking market.
- Identify and pursue new account opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients.
- Work closely with engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that address client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Conduct extensive market research and analysis to remain updated on competitive dynamics, industry trends, and customer demands.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with national accounts, ensuring favorable terms that align with corporate objectives.
- Track sales performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights on structural racking solutions and industry best practices.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and expand professional networks.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated success in national account sales, with at least 10 years of experience in the structural racking sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of structural racking systems, including design principles, installation procedures, and safety regulations.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing large deals and meeting sales objectives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, particularly Epicor and Salesforce.
- Strategic mindset with robust analytical skills, able to derive actionable insights from market data.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
- Certifications or training related to structural racking systems.
