Overview:

We are looking for a driven and skilled National Account Sales Executive with a strong emphasis on structural racking solutions. This role is essential for fostering sales growth and managing significant accounts within the structural racking industry across our south-central regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet company growth targets in the structural racking domain.
  • Identify and pursue new account opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that fulfill client requirements and comply with industry standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to remain updated on competitive dynamics, industry developments, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with national accounts, ensuring favorable terms that align with corporate objectives.
  • Track sales performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide accurate forecasts to upper management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights on structural racking solutions and industry best practices.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and build professional connections.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated success in national account sales, with at least 10 years of experience in the structural racking sector.
  • Thorough understanding of structural racking systems, including design principles, installation procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities with a proven ability to close substantial deals and meet sales objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, particularly Epicor and Salesforce.
  • Strategic mindset with robust analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from market data.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.

  • Certifications or training related to structural racking systems.
