Position Overview:

The Strategic Account Executive will oversee and enhance a pivotal client account. This role entails spearheading the organic growth strategy across a portfolio of key accounts, which includes establishing a clear vision, conducting annual account planning, pinpointing significant growth opportunities, proactively delivering client value, and ensuring the overall financial vitality of the accounts in your charge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in selling IT and engineering services within competitive Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations.
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of the global delivery model (GDM) and associated methodologies, with familiarity in cross-selling various service lines to clients.
  • Exhibit strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, showcasing consultative sales expertise.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different service lines to unify efforts for account management.
  • Have prior exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar accounts across diverse geographical regions is essential.
  • Excel in Account Management by cultivating and maintaining client relationships at all levels.
  • Be accountable for achieving targets related to revenue, bookings, and operating margin.
  • Address any personnel management issues within Wipro teams as necessary.
  • Generate leads through engagement with clients across various business lines to broaden our market presence.
  • Prepare and present proposals, both proactive and in response to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Engage with the client's Procurement and Supplier Relationship teams to ensure a seamless flow of contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • Work closely with senior client executives (CIOs, VPs, and Directors) to provide insights, advice, and strategies for business growth.
