Role Summary

The Director of Brand Marketing is pivotal in shaping a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and ethos. This individual will possess an in-depth understanding of the Mizzen+Main brand and its target audience, leveraging this insight to steer strategies across Public Relations, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of brand events, ensuring that objectives are met.
  • Develop strategies for Retail and Wholesale marketing, collaborating with channel leaders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Establish key performance indicators for brand initiatives, analyzing return on investment and refining strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for brand collaborations to boost visibility.
  • Oversee budget management for all brand-related projects.
  • Direct social media and content marketing efforts to engage the target demographic.
  • Manage influencer and affiliate marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand values and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to prioritize and amplify key initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sports media agencies to enhance athlete partnerships across marketing platforms.
  • Maintain a comprehensive go-to-market calendar, ensuring visibility of brand initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to align brand strategies with organizational goals.
  • Encourage a culture of creativity and curiosity within the team, facilitating professional development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with PR agencies and influencers.
  • Track record of developing and managing successful brand partnerships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for bringing fresh ideas to the forefront.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
