Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine performance marketing strategies that align with nuuds' business goals.
  • Strategically oversee and scale advertising budgets to meet sales objectives and customer acquisition targets, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement performance optimization for campaigns to drive traffic and convert leads into customers, emphasizing testing and data-driven adjustments.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across various e-commerce platforms, utilizing emerging tools and trends for competitive advantage.
  • Lead email and SMS marketing initiatives, concentrating on enhancing customer engagement and driving revenue through tailored content and communication strategies.
  • Evaluate customer lifetime value and other key metrics to foster long-term profitability.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess and measure the success of growth initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on growth performance, offering insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Encourage innovative approaches and continuous testing to improve revenue productivity and customer personalization, maintaining a strong focus on profitability and overall financial health.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in a growth-oriented role, ideally in a leadership capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, sales, and customer experience.
  • Experience with Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) and Paid Social (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Email Marketing, SMS marketing) and proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Looker.
  • Experience with Sales Channels (Google Merchant Center, TikTok Shop, etc.) and Data Feeds (Go Data Feed, Feedonomics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance metrics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior leadership.
