Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience in agency environments, particularly with global and U.S. clientele, and must demonstrate the capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the agency and its network.

The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of digital solutions and thrive in a dynamic team setting, creatively implementing business development strategies while identifying opportunities and solutions that effectively promote M3USA's digital offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Cultivating new business prospects and enhancing existing accounts through exceptional account management.

• Identifying and spearheading growth initiatives within major domestic and international healthcare clients.

• Innovatively proposing tailored solutions for a diverse range of clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.


• Overseeing all elements of the pitch process, collaborating across teams to manage both strategic and operational aspects of various internal and external projects.

• Establishing and managing the pitch workflow by organizing and leading meetings.


• Positioning M3USA's capabilities to maximize significant client opportunities and managing critical business development pitches as the 'pitch producer.'


• Assisting in the development, composition, and execution of compelling RFI/RFP presentations that showcase M3USA's strengths, resources, and services to both new and existing partners.

• Providing precise forecasting and reporting to ensure an accurate budget and goal management.

• Performing administrative tasks associated with the sales process.


• Supervising the final pitch deliverables (proposals, pricing, presentations, etc.) and collaborating directly with strategy and marketing teams to coordinate and manage medical briefings, audience research, interviews, and testing.

• Leveraging forecasting and business analytical skills to capitalize on opportunities and strengthen relationships.
