Under the supervision of the Northern Region Office Manager within the Office of Community Operations (OCO), the Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for managing sensitive departmental matters and program-related issues while executing a variety of complex and high-level tasks. The EA is expected to demonstrate a significant degree of initiative, independence, and creativity in the execution of assigned responsibilities.

The EA will have administrative duties that include:

  • Following up on issues pertinent to the OCO.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support and secretarial assistance.
  • Developing and implementing efficient office management procedures.
  • Carrying out other related tasks as assigned.

Telework Eligibility

This position qualifies for participation in the hybrid telework schedule established by DDS, subject to adherence to the organization's guidelines.
