Office Administration Specialist

Are you looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive administrative role? Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break
Pay rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Organize and maintain office documents and files.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks within the company’s systems.
  • Assist with scanning, copying, and distributing documents as needed.
  • Maintain the front office area to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.


Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Must be organized, dependable, and possess effective time management skills.

• Previous experience in front office administration is preferred.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems are required.

• A High School Diploma or GED is necessary.

• Reliable transportation is required to ensure punctuality.
