Job Summary

The Office of Tax Appeals is seeking a highly skilled Senior Personnel Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Administration Division, you will serve as the expert journey level staff resource for all personnel and payroll transaction functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise in payroll, retirement, and benefits
  • Research and resolve critical personnel and payroll transaction problems
  • Develop and implement alternative solutions to complex issues
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless execution of personnel and payroll functions
Requirements
  • Experience processing payroll benefits, including supporting multiple employees and bargaining units
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
