Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a book of strategic customers, focusing on building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and execute customer onboarding plans, including kick-off calls and regular check-in meetings
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with assigned customers to review progress against strategic and technical objectives
  • Translate customer product usage data into actionable advice and deliver value outcomes
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Katalon platform and its applications in various industries
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Support, Product, and Sales, to resolve customer issues and drive growth
