About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our business within hospital systems, leveraging your expertise in electronic medical records and contracting.

You will work closely with our 3 business units: Women's Health, Organ Health, and Oncology, developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals. This includes removing existing barriers and opening access to all Natera testing across the enterprise.

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of success in developing new markets, launching new products, and increasing revenue quickly. You will also have a strong understanding of the diagnostic laboratory business and experience working in electronic medical records and contracting within hospital systems.

The estimated salary for this position is $190,000-$220,000 USD per year, based on performance and location.
