Role Overview

This Dealer Relations and Growth Specialist position is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with dealerships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for prospecting and developing new dealer relationships, building strategic partnerships, and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new dealer relationships to enhance business development outcomes
  • Account management and client services to build a strategic and consultative relationship with customers
  • Run a territory with entrepreneurial drive and dedication similar to a small business owner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and registration
  • Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment
  • Minimum travel of 80% in the market
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $107,640 per year, plus monthly uncapped commission. Our excellent benefits package includes 401(K) match, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, and many non-standard benefits that make us a Great Place to Work.
