About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Quirch Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
