Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs and align with company capabilities.

  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM systems, industry networks, and other tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including monthly reports on growth, sales targets, and future expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role in commercial real estate, construction, painting, or roofing industries.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the commercial property market and construction services.
  • Exceptional Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Client Relationship Building: Ability to build strong client relationships and network within the industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Commercial Real Estate Experience: Experience working with commercial real estate firms, property management companies, or construction firms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards in commercial construction.
