Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Executive to join our team. As a National Sales Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing a State-of-the-Art Applicant Tracking System and other lead-generating resources to qualify, profile, and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Own the sales cycle from initial contact to close, maintaining a full sales funnel of prospects and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Client Management: Communicate with clients to analyze their needs and provide primary interaction, supporting and expanding the existing customer base.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate and share knowledge with various team members and departments to drive business growth.
  • Market Awareness: Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products, services, competitor activities, and market data.
Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in Information Technology, IT Staffing, or Professional Services.
  • Able to work well independently, be self-confident, authentic in abilities and demeanor.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and a high achiever.
  • Must be internally driven to succeed, want to help people, and sell with purpose.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
