Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Calian. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of our technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing customer sites
- Provide product and technical information to customers and prospects to meet their business needs
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales support, engineering, and marketing to achieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales and field account management
- Annual sales targets exceeding $5MM Revenue/$1MM GP
- CRM experience and working knowledge of sales and marketing processes
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with others
