Job Summary

The Territory Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers in the construction and commercial sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of the waste management industry and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new business.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth of business.
  • Develop and Deliver Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to promote our services and close sales.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the waste management industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet Sales Goals and Objectives: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1+ year of sales experience in the waste management or related industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the waste management industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual required.
