About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at BrandSafway. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Central to West Texas region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a professional sales presence in the assigned market and work collaboratively with the division teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Design and implement a successful sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Partner with Branch VPGM to develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Drive margin expansion across all initiatives for services and rental businesses through best practice standardization and productivity.
  • Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Actively support critical Capital projects as needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with Directors in other fields to develop better strategies and improve business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience in construction services, manufacturing, petrochemical, refinery, or power.
  • Strong background in sales and marketing, with an emphasis in industrial sales.
  • 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another technical field from an accredited university preferred.
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work in a cross-matrix organization and with the field teams.
  • Ability to create excellent working relationships with senior management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and confidence.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
