Essential Functions

  • Establishes, modifies, and sustains system operations for both new and existing clients across various platforms as directed by project managers and service teams.
  • Collaborates with project managers to configure plan parameters and prepare the necessary website and recordkeeping systems for new plans.
  • Supports project managers in maintaining plan conversions and implementation checklists for new non-qualified plans.
  • Executes complete and precise requested plan/design modifications for existing plans as instructed by the service team.
  • Assists the Enrollment Team in reviewing enrollment sites and loading enrollment data into the recordkeeping system.
  • Effectively utilizes the product support workflow system and reports the status of all work projects to management as requested.
  • Works alongside management to identify issues and enhance efficiencies related to servicing non-qualified plans.
  • Facilitates the coordination of plan deconversions, collaborating with trading, client services, and other departments to ensure a mutual understanding of requirements and customer expectations.
  • Prepares reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
  • Effectively communicates information and addresses inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Consistently meets or surpasses performance expectations while working under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment with tight deadlines.
  • Focuses on continuous learning through daily activities and events.
  • Collaborates and shares knowledge openly with colleagues.
  • Maintains regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the retirement plan industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the retirement plan industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
