Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Client Intake Specialists to enhance our operations.

Full-Time Position:
Ideal candidates will possess sales experience in various sectors such as timeshares, automotive, real estate, or high-end retail, along with a background in hospitality or call center customer service. Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with potential end-of-year bonuses and biannual performance reviews for salary adjustments. Individuals in long-term recovery are encouraged to apply.

Note:
This role requires in-office presence at our call center.

Advanced Recovery Systems is a comprehensive behavioral healthcare management organization focused on addressing addiction, substance abuse, and mental health challenges.

Compensation:
Minimum: USD $17.00/Yr.
Maximum: USD $20.00/Yr.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Intake Specialists serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking assistance. They may conduct brief phone screenings to assess the nature and severity of the client's issues and determine if our services align with their needs.

When necessary, they will gather insurance information and, upon completing an intake assessment, discuss admission options with the Admissions Director. If a client's needs do not match our services, they will be referred to a more suitable facility.

Core Duties Include:

- Upholding strict client confidentiality.
- Presenting a positive organizational image.
- Answering calls promptly with a professional greeting.
- Gathering essential information to facilitate effective communication.
- Establishing rapport with callers to position oneself as a knowledgeable resource.
- Conducting pre-admission evaluations to ensure suitability for our programs.
- Providing relevant program information to prospective clients and their families.
- Performing administrative tasks such as copying and faxing as needed.
- Offering general and specialized information about our facility to visitors and callers.
- Engaging in friendly and professional telephone conversations.
- Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and colleagues.
- Adhering to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Screening visitors and calls, providing necessary information.
- Collaborating effectively as a team member.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Admissions Director and Call Center Supervisor.
- Participating in staff meetings as required.
- Referring potential business development leads to the Director of Business Development.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Sales experience is highly preferred, particularly in complex selling environments.
- Previous experience in mental health or addiction treatment is advantageous.
