Client Success Specialist

DGR Systems LLC, a leading technology consulting firm, is in search of a Client Success Specialist to enhance our proficient team.
As a vital member of the sales division, your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, addressing lead generation initiatives, cultivating client relationships, and driving new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a client-centric mindset, previous sales experience, and a strong ambition to succeed. This dynamic role will leverage your skills while offering ongoing growth and development prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies and oversee the complete sales process from quoting and order management to closing and client follow-up.
- Maintain an extensive understanding of OEM products, registration programs, and pricing strategies.
- Stay informed about rebates and incentives, utilizing them effectively to secure business.
- Support marketing and demand-generation initiatives.
- Respond accurately to customer inquiries within established SLA timeframes.
- Understand OEM direct and distribution supply sources and the associated quote-to-order processes.
- Identify and respond to incoming leads while performing outbound sales activities to potential clients.
- Conduct research on accounts to discover new leads.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside or outside sales.
- A passion for building relationships, creative problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of enthusiasm, a robust work ethic, and self-motivation.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes while maintaining organizational skills and balancing accuracy with urgency.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM solutions; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize sales efforts to optimize closing and winning ratios.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, grow, and enhance sales and technology skills.
- A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude.
