About Us:
With over two decades of experience in treating eating disorders, Monte Nido & Affiliates combines medically advanced care with a personalized approach. Our evidence-based programs cater to both adults and adolescents, ensuring comprehensive support through a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Your Role:
As the primary contact for individuals seeking assistance with eating disorders, you will guide prospective patients, their families, and referring professionals through the admissions process. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to incoming inquiries via phone and digital channels.
  • Assessing and qualifying web leads.
  • Conducting pre-admission screenings, including insurance evaluations.
  • Determining the next steps, whether directing individuals to an Admissions Counselor or scheduling appointments.
  • Managing leads from outreach initiatives.
  • Entering initial information into our system, ensuring referral sources are documented.
  • Coordinating evaluation appointments as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
