This role will necessitate close collaboration with our risk engineering teams, partners, clients, and other essential stakeholders to scale our operations effectively.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate submission flow with management liability and professional liability brokers by addressing their needs and delivering value during regular in-person meetings and virtual check-ins.
  • Guide new broker teams through the onboarding process, demonstrating how to access our resources and expertly explaining the tools available to them.
  • Contribute to the forecasting process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with key stakeholders, refining our strategy to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our processes, products, and personnel continuously adapt to evolving market conditions and business requirements.
  • Advocate for the utilization of technology and data analytics to enhance knowledge sharing, improve customer engagement, and boost overall sales productivity.
  • Implement marketing strategies to expand market share with preferred brokers, encompassing both new and renewal business.
  • Establish and/or maintain a professional presence in the industry through networking and participation in trade events.
  • Ensure that every interaction with our brokers reflects our brand, mission, and vision.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-6 years of experience in selling commercial and/or professional liability insurance with established connections in the brokerage community.
  • A well-established professional network built on strong relationships with key decision-makers within insurance brokerages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team while driving change across functional and business boundaries.
  • A proven history of achieving results, demonstrating self-motivation, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and taking on responsibilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Confident in presenting to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and/or operations within highly dynamic business environments.
  • Established residence and contacts in California.
