Job Opportunity

iPromo is seeking a seasoned Sales Professional Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving account growth, building strong relationships, and promoting our products effectively.

This is a 100% remote role that offers a competitive base salary plus commission compensation and quarterly bonus. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and the flexibility of working from home.

About the Role:

  • Key Performance Indicators: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, grow existing accounts by 15% each quarter, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for assigned leads and accounts, leveraging industry knowledge and product expertise.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution and timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in promotional product sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-specific software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
